The Springdale Church Council has scheduled the Annual Meeting for Sunday, February 21 starting at 10 a.m. This year, you will be able to attend the meeting from the comfort of your own home! The Council voted to approve a resolution at the January meeting that enables us to adopt emergency bylaws. These emergency bylaws include an option for a congregation to hold remote meetings. The draft for the resolution was provided by the Synod. The resolution states:
“This congregation may hold meetings by remote communication, including electronically and by telephone conference, as long as there is an opportunity for simultaneous aural communication. Notice of all meetings may be provided electronically.”
