Two Steeples Parish is responsible for the Community Meal on Tuesday, September 20 at the Mt. Horeb Community Center and we really need your help. They expect to serve 120 people. Set-up begins at 4:30 p.m. and the meal is served from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The menu will be brats and hot dogs, a bag of chips, coleslaw and brownies. If you could help with any of these tasks, it would be greatly appreciated:
- Bake brownies (bring them in the pan or wrap them individually if you have time) and deliver them to Springdale starting Sunday, September 18
- Help with set-up at the Community Center (set up tables and chairs, prepare the serving table and start packaging meals for take-out orders)
- Help with light clean-up at 6:30 p.m. (light cleaning and putting tables and chairs away)
