The Springdale cross shining brightly on a foggy night
We wanted to share a special message with all of you that we received from a special person. A woman wrote a meaningful note to thank us for having the Springdale cross illuminated and explained how it gives her encouragement during a challenging time. She also sent us a generous donation to express her gratitude. Please keep her and her parents in your prayers.
“Hi,
I wanted to thank you for always having the cross lit. I drive by (Hwy 151) weekly on my way to my parents’ house. My Dad has dementia so I go help my elderly Mother take care of him. She needs to catch up on her sleep for a few days so she’s able to handle him the 2-1/2 days I’m not there.
Anyway, the cross is a symbol to me and it lets me know I can do this, God’s watching and there/here to help me, and that no matter the outcome, there’s always hope. So thank you again for having it lit!!”
